To ensure the security of your information, TPBank implements the following principles:

  • Only requires you to provide information that TPBank deems relevant to operations on the TPBank developer portal between customers. and TPBank.

Data security

All your information on the TPBank system is secured according to banking industry standards:

  • Client: In the process of providing information to us, you can rest assured by 256-bit Secure Socket encryption technology. Layer (SSL) will protect information in transit over the Internet.
  • Servers: TPBank's servers are protected by a "firewall" and an "intrusion detection and prevention (IDS/IPS)" system that is constantly monitored by the administrator to prevent block any unauthorized or suspicious access. Your password is encrypted one-way, so even the server administrator cannot know your password.
  • When you have a security problem, you need to contact TPBank immediately, to avoid fraudsters taking advantage of loopholes.
Account Security
  • All your account information interacting with the TPBank system is through receiving and sending emails. Therefore, to ensure your account’s personal information, you need to secure your email information as well.
  • Do not write down your account information anywhere but keep it in mind.
  • You must pay attention to exit TPBank's online banking service by clicking the "Exit" button in the right corner of the screen, do not turn off the browser.
  • • TPBank will never ask you for your account's password to ensure that only you know the password. Do not choose easy-to-guess numbers such as your birthday, phone number, or part of your name as a password. If you think that account information or confidential codes have been disclosed to a third party, lost or stolen, and as a result of which a transaction not conducted by you may arise, you are responsible for notifying TPBank immediately. It is your responsibility not to intentionally or unintentionally disclose your account information to others.
Collecting infomation

Promotions, marketing programs: in the prize or promotional programs (on TPBank Developer Portal, online/website, by phone or at a branch), TPBank may collect information personal information since you joined the program and agreed to provide your information. TPBank may use this information to advise on products, services, and related marketing materials or use it for TPBank's purposes in accordance with the law. You have the right to choose to receive marketing materials by email and by handwritten letter and to stop receiving these materials upon request.

Other terms

TPBank reserves the right to amend and update the issues listed above in this privacy policy at any time without prior notice to the customer. The most up-to-date privacy policy will be stored/displayed on TPBank's website.


In case of any conflict between the English and Vietnamese versions, the Vietnamese version shall prevail
